April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month

As someone who has experienced sexual violations, I have worked hard for decades to reclaim all of myself. Assisting women for almost 15 years now in clinical practice, I’ve seen unfortunately how common sexual abuse is and how it impacts our health. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety, self deprivation, weight management issues, painful periods, fibroids and other reproductive health complaints are some of the health issues that I’ve seen in women whom have experienced sexual trauma. Through support and natural healing techniques- herbs, essential oils, flower essences, acupuncture, etc., we can heal. If you or someone you know has experienced sexual assault, help is available here. For the month of April I will be offering 10% off virtual consultations to those whom have experienced sexual violence (Click here and enter code “BASTA”. Taking it day by day and sometimes minute to minute, peace of mind and good health is possible. I believe that sexual violence can end for good and pray that it does some day soon.
