5 Simple Step Technique To Increase Emotional Well-Being And Relaxation

If you have very sensitive skin, consider adding in a carrier oil, like coconut oil. Cup your hands and take 5 slow deep breaths in inhaling the lavender. Next massage the oil into your ears, especially emphasizing the lobes for about 3-5 minutes. Lastly take a few more drops of the oil and massage into the bottom of your feet and relax. Enjoy.
